  • Investigated wear and flow restriction issues identified during 700+ hour durability testing of engine valve components; redesigned reset pin geometry to increase flow area by 20% and reduce wear at the pin-seat interface, improving long-term reliability.
  • Refined FEA validation methods for 1/16 and 1/8 in. NPT plugs by correlating physical test results with simulation outputs, reducing model setup time and eliminating detailed thread modeling requirements.
  • Developed preliminary mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical concepts to improve braking and exhaust valve sequencing, supporting early-stage design tradeoff discussions and future validation planning.

The human behind the schematics

Off the bench.

I'm a naturally curious and creative engineer who enjoys turning ideas into working prototypes. I like the slow magic of experimenting, troubleshooting, and watching a concept come to life through collaboration and hands-on work.

Originally from Malaysia and now a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. I value adaptability, continuous learning, and building meaningful connections with people from different backgrounds.
